The Process:

My training uses free weights and progressions on the most fundamental movements: the squat, hinge, press, and pull.

My process begins with an assessment of mobility and strength. From watching you move and assessing your relative strengths and weaknesses, I can immediately begin the perfect progressions to move you towards your goals. We don’t waste time on any exercises that are not helping you grow, and focus our intention on getting you strong, balanced, and feeling good. I implement a wide variety of techniques that fall under unilateral strength training, compound exercises, and breathwork.

You don’t have to start off feeling great to have a great workout. The key to a happy, healthy body is consistency, and I break down the steps toward your goal into easily actionable pieces. I aim for you to leave each workout feeling great, focused, and emotionally fulfilled.
