Prenatal and Postpartum training and care

My personal experience with pregnancy as an athlete was eye-opening and transformative. I quickly discovered what made my body feel nourished and strong, versus what was just adding unnecessary stress to my system that was already working overtime. It is extremely important for us as women to continue our primal movement patterns through pregnancy and build or maintain strength in a holistic manner. I will help you make week to week modifications in your training to best serve your body as it does what it has evolved to do, as well as address pains that come up.

On the postpartum side, we have the opportunity to rebuild our bodies to be stronger and healthier than ever and remold our core. If you are the right fit to work with me, I will meet you exactly where you are and guide you through optimal muscular health.
