In Person Training
Comprehensive training is a full package, where I guide and support you every step of the way. It begins with a package of in-person sessions in a private gym setting, so that I can assess your mobility, strength, and patterns, and teach you the most relevant skills for your goals. I will answer any questions that arise as well as provide guidance on lifestyle balancing to nourish the growth you are doing in your body. You will be introduced to a wide variety of new skills and progressions and feel your body adapting to a happier, more aligned state. This package will not only educate and empower you in your current body but give you tools for a lifetime of healthy movement and improved quality of well being.
We discuss your individual goals in the realm of health and fitness, and I create a tailored and dynamic immersive experience to get you on the fast track towards achieving those goals. The first session begins with a short mobility assessment in a private gym. The last session revisits the assessment and summarizes the progress made and next steps in achieving your health and fitness goals.
